<p><strong>Pomidorówka w kolorze żółtym. Żółtym, bo zrobiona z pełnych słodyczy pomidorów w słonecznym kolorze. Głęboka w smaku, aromatyczna i zaskakująca zupa z żółtych pomidorów. </strong></p>

<p><strong>Wszytko co dobre i pyszne na jednym talerzu: aromatyczna zupa, warzywa i pyszne, włoskie pierożki. Zupa z tortellini to przepis, który znakomicie sprawdza się w listopadowe chłody, na szybki obiad i przystawkę, która zachwyci go</strong>ści. </p>



<p>Zupami zima się zaczyna &#8211; mogłabym zaśpiewać parafrazując znany przebój. Gdy temperatura spada na łeb na szyję ochota na talerz gorącej i pożywnej zupy rośnie błyskawicznie. I właśnie wtedy wkraczam ja, cała na biało. I mój ulubiony przepis na zupę z tortellini.</p>



<p>To zupa i drugie danie w jednym. Baza to klasyczna zupa pomidorowa, ale wzbogacona o cebulę i oregano. Pikanterii dodają jej płatki chili. A zamiast makaronu czy ryżu królują w niej pierożki. Włoskie tortellini są delikatne, rozpływają się w ustach i na długo zaspokoją głód. Do tego liście szpinaku i kawałki ciągnącej się mozzarelli &#8211; zupa z tortellini to znakomite comfort food. </p>

<p>Zupa z tortellini może mieć wiele wersji. Wszystko zależy od tego, jakie tortellini lubisz najbardziej. W sklepach bez problemu można kupić dobrej jakości świeże pierożki, które są chyba najsmaczniejszą drogą na skróty do pysznego obiadu. Przygotowuję z nich błyskawiczną <a href="https://www.platebykate.pl/przepisy/zapiekanka-z-tortellini/">zapiekankę z tortellini.</a> Do zupy świetnie pasują tortellini ze szpinakiem i ricottą  albo z nadzieniem serowym. No i taka zupa zasmakuje osobom unikającym mięsa. Mięsożercy mogą spróbować wersji z szynką. Taką najbardziej lubią moi mężczyźni. </p>



<p>Wariacji może być jednak więcej niż tylko rodzaj dodanych pierożków. Zamiast szpinaku możesz do zupy z tortellini dodać jarmuż. A zamiast mozzarelli użyć parmezanu. Możesz dodać pokrojoną w kostkę marchewkę albo seler naciowy. Warto poeksperymentować, bo <a href="https://zdrowie.tvn.pl/a/dlaczego-warto-jesc-zupy-5-powodow-dlaczego-zupy-powinny-znalezc-sie-w-diecie">zupy to samo zdrowie</a>. </p>
