<p><strong>Takie proste a takie dobre &#8211; czysty smak wiosny. Bo wiosna zaczyna się wtedy, gdy w sklepach główki nieśmiało podnoszą szparagi. Można je zrobić na setki sposobów ale pesto ze szparagów to jeden z najlepszych.  </strong></p>



<p>W tym przepisie jest wszystko to, co kocham. Szparagi &#8211; to po pierwsze. Ich smaku nie da się porównać z niczym. Świeży, złożony, mineralny&#8230; wyjątkowy po prostu. Po drugie &#8211; forma. Do pesto po prostu mam słabość. Bo to najszybszy, najprostszy a jednocześnie pełen smaku sposób na obiad. To po trzecie. A po czwarte: makaron. A makaron jest dobry na wszystko.</p>

<p>W pesto najważniejsze są składniki. Smak to zawsze efekt najwyższej jakości. Wybierz świeże, jędrne <a href="https://www.platebykate.pl/spizarnia/sezon-na-szparagi/">szparagi</a>. Blanszujemy je krótko i od razu wrzucamy do lodowatej wody. Do tego to co w pesto być musi: orzechy, ser i oliwa. A że szparagi i pistacje to całkiem udany duet do szparagowego pesto użyłam właśnie ich.</p>



<p>Dodatków nie może być jednak zbyt dużo, by nie przytłoczyły subtelnego smaku szparagów. Użyj łagodnej oliwy i niezbyt ostrego sera. W przepisie  jest też ząbek czosnku, ale nie musisz go użyć.</p>



<p>Pesto ze szparagów najlepiej smakuje z długim makaronem. Do wyboru masz spaghetti i tagliatelle, ale papardelle czy bucatini też daje radę. Jeszcze muśnięcie pieprzem i uczta gotowa.</p>

<p><strong>Szparagami maj się zaczyna. I to jest bardzo dobra wiadomość, bo smakują bosko i każdy posiłek zamieniają w elegancką ucztę.  Na przykład obiad albo grilla z przyjaciółmi na którym świetnie sprawdzą się roladki ze szparagami. </strong></p>



<p>Sprawdzą się na eleganckim przyjęciu, spotkaniu w ogrodzie albo przy grillu. A jeśli pogoda do grillowania nie zachęca z odsieczą przyjdzie Wam piekarnik albo&#8230; patelnia. Roladki ze szparagami to danie proste i eleganckie, czyli przepis, który każda pani domu powinna mieć w zeszycie z recepturami na każdą okazję. </p>

<p>Do roladek najlepiej użyć cienkich szparagów. Jeśli kupisz nieco grubsze pamiętaj, by przed zawinięciem ich w mięso krótko zblanszować je we wrzątku by zmiękły, 3-4 minuty wystarczą. Prosto z garnka wrzuć szparagi do lodowatej wody by zachowały chrupkość i kolor. Dzięki temu twoje roladki ze szparagami będą nie tylko pyszne &#8211; będą pięknie prezentować się na talerzu. </p>
