<p><strong>Klasyczne jesienne danie w nowej odsłonie &#8211; zamiast tradycyjnych łódeczek faszerowane cukinie w formie wypełnionych soczystym farszem kubeczków. Podane na kremowym, aromatycznym (i zimnym) greckim jogurcie to obiad idealny.</strong> </p>



<p>Znacie warzywo bardziej uniwersalne od cukinii? Bo ja nie znam. No może jedynie ziemniaki. Można zrobić z niej rewelacyjny <a href="https://www.platebykate.pl/przepisy/pasztet-z-cukinii/">pasztet</a> i równie dobre <a href="https://www.platebykate.pl/przepisy/gofry-z-cukinii/">gofry</a>. Ale faszerowane cukinie robię chyba najczęściej. </p>



<p>Cukinia to prawdziwe złoto. Jest neutralna w smaku i z niemal każdą przyprawą tworzy pyszny duet. Ma niewiele kalorii, dlatego świetnie sprawdza się w dietetycznych jadłospisach. No i mnóstwo w niej witamin i minerałów. </p>

<p>Choć przepis na faszerowane cukinie wydaje się banalny w tym przypadku najważniejsza jest     technika. Jeśli dotąd robiliście cukinię w formie łódeczek pokochacie ten sposób. Pokrojona w walce cukinia tworzy po prostu kubeczki, które wypełniamy farszem i zapiekamy z sosem pomidorowym. Dzięki temu danie przygotujecie szybciej i łatwiej jest je podzielić na porcje. </p>



<p>I na koniec twist &#8211; cukinie podaję na zimnym jogurcie greckim z odrobiną czosnku i soli. Z ciepłymi warzywami tworzy świetny kontrast. </p>



<p>PS. To danie idealne dla osób na diecie o niskim IG i tych, którzy ograniczają węglowodany. </p>
